Feast on This Film Fest
Free documentary screenings, locally sourced snacks, and real conversation about the future of our food system.
Feast on This started in 2008 in barns, homes, and community centers, bringing the community together for a one-day annual film festival. After a break from 2011 to 2015, the festival returned and continues today as a free event.
Films are chosen to spark honest conversation around the issues shaping our food system: soil health, food equity, farmland availability, food waste, and what a more resilient food future could look like for our region.
Each screening is followed by a discussion with farmers, food system experts, and, when possible, the filmmakers themselves. Locally sourced snacks and beverages are always part of the day.
