The Monadnock Food Access Alliance

A regional coalition of organizations working together every month to identify gaps in food access and build solutions that reach the people who need them most.

About the Alliance

Since 2018, the Monadnock Food Access Alliance has been one of the Monadnock Grown Coalition’s four work groups.

The Alliance leads the Food Access Community Health Improvement Plan for the Healthy Monadnock Alliance and convenes monthly meetings of food access experts to identify and address gaps in nutrition programming across the region.

The Alliance co-designed ten projects with households with lived experience of hunger and other community members to address those gaps. The Food Access Plan is updated annually to adapt to new data and changes in federal nutrition programs.
